Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning within the premise, including cleaning and mopping the floor, emptying trash bins, cleaning glass doors, disinfection, etc.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications. 

• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations, including requirements from the Building and Construction Authority, Eurocodes, and Singapore Standards 

• Carry out project execution plans and review site planning, mobilization and feasibility study. 

• Act as the Qualified Person (QP) for structural works and endorse submissions to authorities.
