This is an exciting opportunity to work as a personal assistant to the CEO at Guilin Garden Restaurant Pte. Ltd., a renowned eatery located in the Chinatown Central Region. As a full-time personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth running of the company's day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
2. Handling all incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring prompt and professional responses
3. Organising and maintaining the CEO's files, records, and documentation in a well-organised manner
4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents as required
5. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the CEO's priorities and initiatives
6. Performing other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the CEO to support the overall business operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
2. Excellent typing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
4. Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
5. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Driving of prime mover island wide
• Ensure vehicle is in a condition for safe operation by performing daily checklist before the start of each working day or night shift.
• Handle container delivery and collection timely, accurately, with care and safety
• Follow Singapore traffic regulations and PSA/Jurong Port requirements
• Must passed PSA Safety Prime mover course (SPMD)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver construction materials to designated locations across Singapore.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck.
• Operate the vehicle safely at all times and comply with all traffic laws and regulations under Singapore's Road Traffic Act.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of products and stock through the warehouse efficiently.
• Receive and send goods to and from the warehouse while maintaining accurate records.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules to complete deliveries on time.
• Ensure delivery routes are cleared daily before 11pm for operational readiness.
• Lift and move stock safely, maintaining physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Class 3 Driver to drive 14 ft lorry with valid Singapore Driving License.
2. Know Singapore route very well.
3. To ferry Foreign Worker to different job site.
4. Can help to do some general works and help to buy building materials upon request.
5. Preferably with similar experience for at least 3-5 years in Singapore as driver ferrying workers to jobsite.
