Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage multiple teams of cleaners across various cleaning projects and sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained and contractual requirements are met.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, site representatives, and stakeholders on operational matters.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
Monitor the performance, attendance, and productivity of cleaning staff.
Ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety requirements, and tender specifications.
Plan manpower deployment and provide operational support when required.
Prepare and submit inspection reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.
Conduct on-site training and coaching to ensure service quality standards are consistently achieved.
Job Requirements
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and above.
WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning Supervision or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or related industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
Familiar with workplace safety requirements and cleaning industry best practices.
Physically fit and willing to travel to different work locations across Singapore.
