Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients (lead generation).
• Drive growth and strengthen partnerships
• Market research and analysis and strategies
• Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
• Negotiation and deal structuring
• Upsell or cross-sell banking and finance solutions and services based on client needs.
• Stakeholder communication and CRM pipeline management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Understand client needs by conducting regular reviews of client portfolio
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, in any discipline
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Customer service mindset
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Attention to detail
• Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience inclusive of salary, allowance, commission, incentive
