Job Description
We are looking for Trainers to deliver the globally recognised IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential program in Singapore. Trainers will facilitate instructor-led training (F2F or VLC) covering the four core FMP competencies:
o Operations & Maintenance
o Project Management
o Finance & Business
o Leadership & Strategy
• Review learner assignments and prepare learners for FMP certification exams, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them meet course objectives and industry expectations.
• Integrate local context and case studies to enhance relevance for Singapore's Built Environment sector.
Job Requirement
• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or equivalent pedagogical certification.
• Must possess IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential.
• Minimum 5–8 years of senior-level experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate or Building Operations with demonstrated expertise across multiple Facilities Management Professional (FMP) competency areas.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Singapore FM landscape, including local regulations (workplace safety, fire safety, environmental sustainability) and industry bodies (BCA, SCDF, MOM).
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging lessons.
