Job Summary

Join NAVAR PTE. LTD. as a Supervisor / General Foreman to lead daily construction site operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality workmanship on schedule in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site operations and deploy manpower to meet project timelines
Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work progress
Ensure construction activities follow project schedules and approved drawings for accuracy
Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with Singapore construction regulations and MOM standards
Manage workers, materials, and site progress to optimize productivity and resource use
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports for management review
Implement quality control measures to maintain proper workmanship standards on site
Maintain discipline and motivate workers to sustain high productivity levels
Participate in site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants to address project needs
