Job Scope:

• Work closely with patients including intake interviews, financial assessment and assistance, initial family assessment for care arrangement cases

• Liaise with Medical Social Worker to facilitate effective delivery of social work services

• Process Medifund applications and submissions at CMMAS to ensure compliance

• Provide support to patients and family members at reception counter

• Follow up on the utilization and disbursement of various applications of funds

JobDescription
