Supervise and lead service staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and discipline standards
Train and guide new staff on service procedures and company standards
Manage shift duties, staff allocation, and workflow during peak hours
Monitor inventory of service items and report shortages when required
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Responsible for quality of food/ ingredients and inventory level, ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
Minimum 4 Years Experience in preparing Prata Dough Flipping & cooking
