Responsibilities:

Machinery Maintenance Executive:

Involve in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on production equipment to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with food safety and GMP standards.

Machinery You’ll Work With:

The production line includes machines for defrosting, slicing, mincing, cooking, and packaging food products. These machines ensure efficient processing, uniform quality, and hygienic packaging for products such as bakkwa, mooncakes, cookies, floss, and raw meat.

The production process uses several food-processing machines to handle different products.

• BBQ conveyor line operates with gas heating and a control box to regulate conveyor speed for barbeque bakkwa.
• Rheon machine having two chambers, it forms and fills products with desired weight such as mooncakes and cookies using dough and various pastes like lotus paste and pineapple paste.
• Vacuum packing machine seals food in moulded packaging film under vacuum using roll film to ensure hygienic and airtight packaging.
• Microwave machine efficiently defrosts frozen raw meat evenly.
• Packing machine heat-seals food products with film for further packaging.
• Slicer machine The product is placed into the slicer and moved toward the blade. When the machine starts, the blade cuts the product into uniform slices. The slice thickness can be adjusted to ensure consistent cutting for further processing or packaging.
• Mincer machine The mincer machine processes raw meat by feeding it toward a rotating cutting blade, exiting the machine in a uniform minced condition, ready for further processing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery such as mixers, fillers, conveyors, vacuum packaging machines, ovens, chillers, and etc.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime by timely troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules, checklists, and logs.
• Ensure machinery complies with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance without affecting output.
• Handle installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments during maintenance activities.

Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive:

Involve in managing, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all factory and building facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory and building maintenance operations.

• Handle general maintenance works:

About The Job

This role will work closely with the Head of Campus Estates & Resources Development to oversee staff relocations, lease administration, support services to teaching and event logistics, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding experiences for stakeholders

What You Will Be Doing

Lease Administration

•    Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in mechanical and rotary equipment for Diploma holder
• Prior experience in NEWater and waste water treatment process will be advantageous

• Possess good interpersonal communication skills and a strong team-player
• Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct service and repair jobs in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.
• Familiarity with European car models is preferred.
• Capable of independently performing troubleshooting and complex diagnostic work.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safety of all equipment, diagnostic computers, special tools, and the workbay.
