Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all production equipment, including injection moulding machines and accessory equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of machine issues through effective troubleshooting and coordination of repair activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Supervise complex tasks, such as injection screw and barrel cleaning, ensuring proper execution.
- Support troubleshooting of building equipment and systems in collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of machine downtime, repair activities, and inventory usage.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Develop and optimize maintenance processes to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Min of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex machinery and systems.
