Role Summary:

You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry &WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film -Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain production process, assist in running and verifying process recipes on respective module tools.
• Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency.
• Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
• Assist to conduct experiments, analyse complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls
• Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.
• Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Diploma’s or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical  Engineering or STEM related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Process Associate Engineer.
• Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for managing network switches, monitor traffic, construct cabling, ensure system stability, and troubleshoot issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring and managing network switches to optimize performance and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Network and firewall management to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
• Constructing network cabling to support high-speed and reliable network connections.
• Ensuring the stable operation of information systems by identifying and resolving potential network issues.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee production processes and assists Supervisor in establishing production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards. Also assists in obtaining data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. Helps to minimize excessive material on production floor.

· Assists in the coordination of production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

· Reviews and discusses production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems with production supervisors.

· Assists in the minimization of scrap and materials request order (MRO) usage. Ensures that each workstation has a clean operating area. Assists in the implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve metrics.

· Monitors all production metrics and completes monthly “report card”. Seeks continued improvement in lowering line and plant defects per million (DPM).

· Ensures that line employees read, understand and adhere to appropriate policies and procedures. Ensures proper stocking and availability of operation supplies and equipment.

· Assists in monitoring the SPC system to fix repetitive and recognize problems immediately. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.

· Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
