Responsible for safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse using a forklift, ensuring proper handling, storage, and loading of materials. 

Key Functions: 

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.
• Assist in receiving and dispatch of stock 
• Ensure proper stacking and placement of goods in designated locations 
• Follow instructions for FIFO / FEFO handling where required 
• Perform basic daily checks on forklift (fuel, battery, condition) 
• Report any damage, defects, or safety issues immediately 
• Support warehouse team in general operations when required 

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator license (if applicable) 
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred

As an Livestream Production Assistant you will take charge of 

Responsibilities:

• OBS Stream Layouts: Build, test and run daily OBS profiles. Managing scenes, graphics overlays, bitrates and stream keys for TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Chroma Key Management: Set up, light and pull clean green-screen keys, ensuring minimum to zero color bleed.
• Visual QC: Ensure all graphic assets are within a safe zone and product placements are visible
• Gear Assembly & Prep: Calibrate camera focus, exposure and position wireless microphones safely before going live.
• In-Stream Asset: Prepare and insert all promotional graphic overlays, lower-thirds and product pins on the broadcast platforms.
• Tier-1 Troubleshooting: Execute immediate on-floor fixes (eg; swapping dead mic batteries, restarting software, checking cables) to preserve maximum uptime.

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in livestream hosting support, e-commerce production or studio broadcast environments.
• OBS Fluency: Absolute technical comfort navigating OBS Studio (import assets to source, audio mixing filters and scene setup).
• Studio Mechanics: Practical understanding of basic multi-point lighting grids, green screens and camera operations.

As a Video Production Associate/ Senior Associate you will take charge of 

Your responsibilities would include:

● Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms.
● Collaborate with Content Manager & Brand Team to create and curate content including videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonates with the target audience and is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer, preferably in a digital marketing or social media role.

The Livestream Production Team Lead will oversee the technical and operational aspects of Intrepid Malaysia’s livestream production and studio operations, ensuring high-quality livestream execution across multiple brand accounts.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in livestream production, studio setup, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced e-commerce livestream environment. The Production Lead will also supervise production managers, maintain studio readiness, and continuously optimize livestream production standards across platforms.

Beyond technical execution, the role supports livestream campaigns aligned with platform promotions and brand objectives, contributing to key performance metrics such as viewer engagement, traffic, and conversion.


As the Livestream Production Team Lead, you will take charge of:

Livestream Technical Production & Supervision

• Lead the technical setup and execution of livestream sessions across multiple brand accounts on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live.
• Ensure high-quality livestream production through proper camera operation, lighting setup, audio management, and scene transitions.
• Manage livestream production workflows including OBS/vMix scene management, camera switching, overlays, and sound balancing.
• Monitor livestream sessions in real time and provide immediate troubleshooting to maintain smooth broadcast continuity.
• Standardize livestream production quality across brands by implementing consistent technical configurations and setups.
• Work closely with hosts and Social Commerce Account Managers to deliver engaging and seamless livestream experiences.

• Maintain full studio readiness, including equipment organization, cleanliness, and functional setup for livestream sessions.
• Manage studio inventory including cameras, lighting equipment, audio systems, props, and product samples.

• Plan and supervise equipment upgrades or purchases to support evolving livestream production needs.

Experience & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in livestream production, studio operations, or video production within ecommerce, social commerce, or digital media.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of livestream production tools such as OBS, vMix, or similar streaming systems.
• Practical experience with camera operations, lighting setup, and audio engineering.
• Familiarity with social commerce livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live
• Experience managing studio equipment and maintaining production inventory systems.
• Prior experience supervising production assistants or technical teams is a plus.

• Lead and manage CSA construction activities

The role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the production timelines from order to delivery are achieved, whilst working collaboratively across a number of departments. You will need the ability to be both hands on and quick to think on your feet when dealing with our network of Suppliers. This is an exciting and pivotal role in the Product Operations team that requires a go-getter with a positive mindset, have initiative, as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment. 

Main responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure on time deliveries and escalation of reporting where required
• Leverage on existing reporting/production tracking tools to provide effective visibility to internal teams
• Track and manage the pre-production to production schedule, diligently updating all time & action calendars, maintaining an organised and accurate production schedule
• Own production updates and actively participate in weekly updates with external and internal teams
• Work closely with design and product development teams to maintain sample tracking process for all development styles
• Serve as the integral link between factories and internal teams, and manage all vendor communication regarding sampling, orders and production
• Communicate with multiple vendors on a daily basis, ensuring deliveries deadlines are met, and assist with vendor issue resolution when necessary
• Manage end-to-end coordination for photoshoot samples, including follow-up on requests, invoice validation and efficient handover communications with HQ Teams
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working in production, fast-fashion or e-commerce environment highly desirable but not a must
• Excellent English & Chinese (writing and speaking) skills.
• Ability to be diplomatic yet firm with suppliers
• Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders or are a natural excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Diploma or Professional Degree in related field

• Together with my colleagues and manager I contribute actively in the development and implementation of a clear IKEA Food action plan for my store using the store business plan and country business plan. These are supported by input from Growing IKEA together and the IKEA Food Direction & Strategy. I also develop and execute an annual action plan for my area based on agreed goals.
• I actively implement the range matrix (global and national) by securing quality and availability.
• I serve high-volume dishes that suit the taste of the many people on my local market.
• I secure that we prepare all food in line with the product sheet and secure the quality served at all times.
• I actively use the product sheets to train co-workers. I also ensure all co-workers taste and learn about new products before they are launched.
• I secure an irresistible food offer by ensuring we give customers an appealing range presentation.
• I am passionate about my products and actively learn about their content, origins, preparation and other benefits. I share this knowledge with my guests and colleagues.
• I ensure that my team and I know our top-selling products, 3 Aces and 1 King, and that they are available and clearly communicated and displayed at all times. We promote alternative products when these are unavailable.
• I utilise everyday commercial opportunities to grow sales and profitability according to the goals in my area. I work with the Functional Commercial Review and other appropriate tools to do so.
• During unexpectedly quiet times I initiate commercial activities that attract store visitors and increase the take-up rate, or take other actions to secure productivity.
• I co-operate with the Commercial Restaurant Manager to enhance Swedishness and the link between the IKEA Restaurant & Café and the Swedish Food Market when appropriate.
• I have relevant knowledge of the competition on my market. I use this information to initiate immediate action as needed, e.g. secure a substantial price distance.
• I create awareness of IKEA Food as the most important in-store marketing tool for maximising the IKEA store’s sales potential

Steering the business

I do this by attracting visitors, achieving sales growth and reasonable profitability, ensuring the satisfaction of guests and co-workers, and excellent operational performance as measured through our defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• I utilise relevant reporting tools, such as profit and loss, StorePoint, the Functional Commercial Review, IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey and VOICE, to develop the IKEA business, myself and my team.
• I challenge costs by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples and encouraging my team and colleagues to discover smarter ways of working.
• I ensure the implementation and follow-up of the ASR rules and guidelines. 

Operations

• I ensure that the operations of all IKEA Food areas in the IKEA Store operate in accordance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements and other relevant legislation (list relevant legislations applicable by country). I promote a “safety first” culture where co-workers are encouraged to raise and discuss concerns and solutions. I also co-operate with external service providers and authorities when needed.
• I adjust and implement the IKEA HACCP plan to secure my store’s requirements. I also ensure the HACCP routines are known and followed in the daily work.
• I ensure that all food incidents, or potential incidents, are reported through CASY
• I act in accordance with the IKEA Sustainability Direction and work with my team to take actions that contribute to sustainability, such as waste management.
• I ensure that the IKEA co-worker restaurant food range is appealing, nutritious and based on our guests’ needs and wants. I make use of the synergies created between the co-worker and customer restaurant.
• I strive towards accurate sales forecasts for my area to enable proper supply planning, ordering, efficient goods handling and stock control.
• I ensure daily work routines are in place, e.g. goods flow, stock control, purchasing, ordering, production and waste management.
• I secure optimal productivity by ensuring a staff planning process aiming for the right number of competent co-workers, at the right times, in the right places to meet guests’ needs.

• I ensure the efficient maintenance of the area, securing it is clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive guest experience.
• I ensure we have proper product sheets and cost calculations (StorePoint database).
• I take an active role in the IKEA Food management team and work cross-functionally utilising the competence of my colleagues in other parts of the store as well as other IKEA stores in my country. I encourage my co-workers to do the same.
• I develop and share good ideas and implement best-practice solutions.
