• Debug machines, robots, and processes for newly built machines.
• Perform machine and robot alignments, calibration, and final set-ups.
• Assist Engineers in carrying out new machine, robotic system, or equipment start-up.
• Assist Engineers in continuous yield improvement programs through machine mechanization, robotic automation, and process optimization.
• Experience in machine and/or robotic equipment assembly
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and assembly is preferred

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine operation, routine planned maintenance, and ad­hoc corrective maintenance on utility systems and facilities

· Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors in performing their duties in accordance to procedures.

· Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities in accordance to procedure.

· Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.

· Responsible for following safe working procedures and principles introduced at the workplace, not engaging in any unsafe act that may endanger yourself or others working around you, and using, in proper manner, any personal protective equipment, devices, equipments or other means provided to secure your safety, health and welfare while working. You must not temper or misuse such items provided.

· Execute all duties faithfully and responsibly in accordance to written procedures and to immediately report all observations of GMP non­conformances.

· To take ownership in gaining knowledge and demonstrating the expected Environmental protection, Health and Safety attitude and behavior at the workplace.

· Be knowledgeable with applicable Company Quality Standards, procedures and guidelines. To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities and to immediately report all observations of GMP non­conformances.

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Min Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• No experience needed, all training and mentorship will be provided for this role
• Able to start work immediately
