• Drive business outcomes by taking ownership of a product from end-to-end (problem definition to release and continuous improvement)
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define problem statements
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding

GIS / Spatial Skillsets

• Familiarity with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Server and PostGIS
• Own the GIS data product roadmap, prioritizing ingestion and harmonization of geospatial data from multiple divisions, with clear governance and access models
• Translate user needs into requirements for data pipelines, metadata, quality controls, and map-based visualization features; align stakeholders across GIS, data, and UX teams
• Ensure deliverables support planning, analytics, and decision-making

• Manage assigned product portfolio and drive sales to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to enhance product positioning and increase sales performance.
• Prepare forecasts, pricing, and product proposals, while supporting partner enablement and product training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in Cyber Security/IT sector.  
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability in business development, negotiation, and strategic thinking.

Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads, you take ownership of the technical roadmap, translating complex business problems into elegant, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities:

• Leading the delivery of the trading platform roadmap, enhancing the experience for global CFD and spread betting traders.
• Translating complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to understand the technology stack, influence architectural decisions, and ensure scalability.
• Managing the technical product backlog, prioritising tasks, guiding estimation, identifying dependencies, and addressing technical debt.
• Leading Agile ceremonies and fostering a collaborative culture within development teams and across the wider business community and strategy.
• Overseeing release management with QA, SRE, and engineering teams to ensure smooth and predictable deployments.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for development squads and communicating effectively with stakeholders on roadmap delivery and technical concepts.
  

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical product role, ideally within Fintech, Trading, or high-transactional environments.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture (APIs, Microservices, Cloud infrastructure)
• Deep experience running Scrum or Kanban methodologies in a fast-paced, multi-squad environment.
• Strong ability to write clear, concise user stories and technical documentation that minimizes development rework.
• Logical, data-driven mindset with the ability to unblock technical teams by making rapid, informed trade-offs.
• Ability to manage expectations, negotiate and compromise with stakeholders to protect the squad's focus and delivery quality.

Performance Measures

• Sprint Velocity & Predictability: The squad consistently meets its sprint commitments with minimal spillover or unplanned work.
• Time to Market: Time between a requirement being finalized and the feature being deployed to production.
• Technical Health: Maintaining a healthy balance of the backlog, evidenced by the regular reduction of technical debt and a low "bug-to-feature" ratio in production.
• Requirement Quality: Measured by a low volume of "blocked" tickets or developer clarification requests during active sprints.
• Cross-Squad Alignment: Successful management of dependencies with other verticals, ensuring no other squad is stalled waiting for your team’s delivery.

• Oversee cut and bend operations and steel fabrication services to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

• Monitor and track steel stock levels, ensuring optimal availability and accurate inventory records.

• Work closely with other managers and stakeholders to define objectives, clarify requirements and support operational alignment.

• Prepare cost estimates, assist in budget planning and monitor production expenses.

• Plan, organize and optimize workflow to meet production schedules, quality standards and project deadlines.

• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, safety and operational efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and organizational policies.
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in steel fabrication or related industries.

• Strong understanding of production processes, materials and workflow planning.

• Competency in budgeting, cost estimation and inventory management.
