Responsibilities

• In charge of managing daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.
• In charge of leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules for the various operations supporting customer requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment by setting and driving 6S standard.
• Responsible for respective consumable spending, delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Involve in supporting and participating in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Conduct routine cell and tool box meetings with effectively.
• Responsible for maintaining a motivated and disciplined workforce and promote a positive working environment to improve employee morale.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams in resolution of any issue that may impact production/quality.
• Responsible in identifying opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste.
• Taking charge of managing proper and accurate updating of ERP system (Syteline).
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
• Min 7 years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years of experience in a supervisory
• Experience in CNC machining and metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for corresponding solution planning and design, technical proposal write up, business quotation & presentation, solution clarification, etc.
• Work closely with customers, engineers and vendors to address and track end-to-end solution related issues
• Provide consultation to upstream and downstream wireless presales and post sales and technical strategy planning.
• Conduct technical workshop with customers, work closely with services team for project delivery.
• Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for junior engineer(s), to ensure that the knowledge transfer is smooth and junior engineer(s) always perform up to company expectation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics) or a related field.
• Internship experience, final-year projects, or coursework in wireless, telecom, or 5G technologies is a plus.
• Basic understanding of wireless systems such as LTE and 5G (e.g., eNodeB, gNodeB, core network concepts).
• Strong interest in wireless products, solution design, and telecom technologies.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with willingness to learn about solution sales and customer engagement.
• Team player with a proactive attitude, quick learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking head office, stakeholders, and customers.
