Responsibilities

Discovery & Scoping

• Effectively plan and facilitate workshops/meetings with various stakeholders
• Ask questions that surface hidden assumptions
• Summarise meetings into actionable items
• Conduct tight follow-ups

Product Requirements

• Write clear and comprehensive PRDs that balance user experience with technical feasibility
• Substantiate every requirement with industry research and first-principles reasoning

Cross-functional Alignment

• Ask questions to effectively assess the alignment between a technical proposal and business requirements
• Invest time to keep an up-to-date view of the technical architecture, as well as its constraints and roadmap
• Tailor your message to executives, engineers or customers so each audience hears what matters most to them

Delivery & Squad Momentum

• Own the timeline and proactively adjust the development approach to meet the timeline
• Run “squad reset days” (retros, OKR refresh, capacity planning) that recharge focus and morale

R&D
