You will play a critical role in aligningproduct offerings, sales campaigns, and value creation actions to deliversustainable business results.
In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:
Product and PortfolioManagement
· Manage product line financial targets bymonitoring volume, price, and discount trends, and implementing price programsto deliver margin goals.
· Engage with customers to support technicalconversations and inform product roadmaps, understanding and tailoring productoffering to industry needs, target applications and personas
· Ensure system readiness for new productintroductions (approvals, price lists, databases, model codes), keeping themevergreen and managing product obsolescence.
· Conduct ongoing market assessments, evaluatinggrowth dynamics, product tiering, and competitor behavior to adapt positioningand investment strategies.
· Serve as the primary interface between theWorld Area and Product Group HQ, collaborating on product roadmaps, tiering,and New Product Development (NPD).
Growth Model Design for the WAPortfolio
· Translate strategic imperatives into acohesive growth plan (“growth bridge”) that addresses market growth, pricing,and differential gains with Value Creation Actions.
· Map product-specific Value Creation Actionsinto each industry growth plan, ensuring consistency and alignment with theoverall strategic targets.
Sales Campaign Definition andDevelopment
· Define product value drivers, pricing, andtiering strategies for all Sales Campaigns needed to deliver the target,engaging with Market Segment Leaders and Marketing.
· Provide input for the creation of campaignplaybooks (Sales, Marketing, Training), owning the completeness and relevanceof the Training Playbook.
Sales Campaign Deployment
· Deploy the Training Playbook and conduct anyadditional required training sessions for the sales channel,
· Support deeper technical conversations,adjusting value propositions if campaign results fall short of expectations,due to the product value driver
· Coordinate the activities of country BusinessDevelopment Managers to ensure proper sales campaign execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering required withexperience in business/strategy development preferred.
· Strong organizational, communication -written, oral and presentation skills.
· Solid interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word andExcel.
· Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacificregion 30% of the time (when normalcy resumes).
Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart:
· Advanced degree in Marketing or Businesspreferred.
