We are looking for a Junior Programme & Product Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing and programme activities related to collectible products. This role is suitable for students, fresh graduates, or early‑career candidates who are keen to learn about product marketing, launches, and cross‑team coordination.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support product preparation, basic coordination tasks, and documentation to ensure programmes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Marketing Support

• Support programme activities from early planning stages through to product launch and delivery.
• Assist in coordinating tasks and timelines across marketing, sales, design, and operations teams.
• Help track project progress and follow up on deliverables with guidance from senior team members.

Coordination & Communication

• Assist in liaising with external partners or vendors to track updates and timelines.
• Support communication by preparing and organising programme and product information.
• Respond to basic queries from internal stakeholders or partners, escalating where needed.

Documentation & Data Support

• Prepare and organise product details, marketing materials, and packaging information.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations based on provided specifications.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with production or job tracking tools.
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment for most of the day.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
