7. Resource Management

8. Quality Management

• Conduct inspections, ensure compliance with approved materials, and raise NCRs if needed.

9. Safety Management

10. Testing & Commissioning

11. Handover Documentation

• Prepare complete handover documentation including as‑built drawings, test reports, warranties, and O&M manuals.
• Support client/consultant inspections during the handover stage.

To plan, coordinate and monitor all site activities related to interior fit-out works; ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of all the MEP, IT / AV & Kitchen works in close coordination with the architectural works and ensure all activities strictly comply with the approved safe work method statements/step-by-step technical procedures ensuring safe and correct installation
• Validate all the MEP materials (wires, cables, switchgears, HVAC/ELV components, pipes, equipments) match the approved technical specifications

The Sr. BSA will work closely with Global process owners, regional business process owners, business process analysts, SMEs, product and commerce engineering teams and global Business Applications team to understand the business needs to provide new capabilities and functionality, resolve issues and ensure standards and procedures are followed and maintained. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with demonstrated leadership in handling finance cross functional projects. This position will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of each business unit's priorities, their corresponding strategy, as well as the supporting IT strategies. This role will work closely with BizApps leadership as well as foster relationships with stakeholders within key business units sponsoring initiatives. 

Responsibilities  

• Provide functional Oracle R12 EBS application support to internal Business customers in the areas of Record to Report and Source to pay including GL, Cash Management, Fixed assets, Procurement, Supplier management, accounts payable plus related customizations, extensions, and inbound/outbound interfaces to boundary systems.  

• Support Business users and help to troubleshoot simple to complex application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs.  

• Create end-to-end future-state functional designs, identify system and requirements gaps, and recommend solutions. Review functional design with stakeholders and obtain approvals.  

• Partner with technical teams to translate functional design into technical solutions.  

• Support project planning and delivery through assessment of effort, risk, issue resolutions, and project closure.   

• Perform project management for small to mid-size initiatives. 

• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions with the Business and Application teams to enable new functionality and adoption.  

• Develop and execute unit test plans, participate in system, regression, CRP, and UAT testing to ensure solutions meet requirements. 

• Create and review configuration documentation (e.g., BR100) with the Business Applications project team. Configure systems to meet business requirements.  

• Ensure SOX and compliance standards are met in all work performed.  

• Monitor effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient, and SLAs are met.  

• Knowledge on month-end and year-end close activities and ongoing maintenance of Oracle ERP systems, including related interfaces. 

• Collaborate as part of a team to ensure consistent communication with customers, clearly articulating complex concepts verbally and in writing.

You will gather market intelligence, conduct prescription audits, and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will manage queries from doctors, maintain customer relationships, and ensure accurate territory data management.

Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for understanding market trends and competition status by gathering information from stockists and chemists and relaying this data to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• You will be responsible for conducting Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) on doctors in the assigned area to identify potential high-prescribers and providing the final list of doctors likely to prescribe large quantities to the SBM/RSM for sales forecasting purposes.
• You will be responsible for attending relevant training programs and staying updated on product literature.
• You will be responsible for obtaining sales targets and promotion budget details from SBM/RSM.
• You will be responsible for utilizing the allocated budget to plan launch activities for different doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in the assigned area.
• You will be responsible for conducting regular sales pitches and presentations with doctors to promote products.
• You will be responsible for submitting reimbursement bills to SBM/RSM.
• You will be responsible for implementing marketing plans provided by the Product Manager.
• You will be responsible for gathering Point of Business (POB) details from chemists and coordinating with stockists to ensure product delivery.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking sales of new products with chemists to achieve sales targets.
• You will be responsible for collecting queries from doctors regarding both new and existing products.
• You will be responsible for entering queries into the system for review by the Infogini team.
• You will be responsible for utilizing email responses from Infogini to address doctors' queries and increase prescriptions per doctor.
• You will be responsible for maintaining regular interactions with doctors to understand their prescription trends.
• You will be responsible for communicating prescription trend data to SBM/RSM.
• You will be responsible for keeping track of specific customer needs and providing feedback to Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• You will be responsible for preparing lists of doctors for all CME events and submitting them to SBM/RSM to foster strong relationships and loyalty among doctors.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and updating data on doctor lists, route maps, retailers, and other supply chain contacts in the internal database.
• You will be responsible for ensuring accurate management of sales activities to optimize sales volume and effectiveness.
