Order Planning / Order Management Responsibilities:​​​​​​

• Regularly review materials & capacity situation with VS-LOP planners, identify potential restrictions.
• Drive backlog reduction & communicate recovery plan to BU/LOG, PT/LOP & SC.

• Validate forecast with respective regions or CSO against RPP/CAPL.

• Set up material master for new SKUs in P13 & add*One.
• Handle PO & outbound delivery for Marketing & Sales samples.

Supporting role:

• Attend & contribute in VS Daily Delivery Meeting (DDM) to review delivery issues & align priority.
• Attend & contribute in Plant Delivery Meeting (DM).
