Our logistics company is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and establish strategic partnerships. The role includes:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and approach potential clients (manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce businesses, etc.).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

• Foster relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Address client concerns and provide tailored logistics solutions

Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  Develop strategies to position the company ahead of competitors.
  Identify new revenue streams (e.g., last-mile delivery, warehousing, cold chain logistics).

Partnership & Vendor Management:

• Establish partnerships with transportation providers, warehouses, and suppliers.
  Negotiate contracts and pricing for cost-effective solutions.

Marketing & Branding

• Work with the marketing team to promote services via digital marketing, trade shows, and networking events.
  Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Operational Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, fleet management, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide client feedback to improve service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Producing progress report and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.
• Handling RFQ and tender, coordinate with sales on enquiries and assist with the best solutions.
• Knowledge in buying/selling rate from customers, airlines & plan BUP shipment for consolidation.

Job Description
•To conduct business development of Facilities Management (FM) business and relationships with potential customers and service partners, and to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities

•Tender Management – to conduct the entire process of tender administrations and tender submission management

•To collaborate with functional departments to generate write-up for effective and competitive FM tender and business proposals

•To generate FM business processes, SOPs and marketing plans into presentable write-up including tender proposals and submissions

•To conduct corporate presentation to potential clients, guests and for tender interviews

•To manage the transition of secured projects including deployment to site operations, mobilisation of manpower, co-ordinating transition activities between clients and Company, reporting progress, procurement of suppliers and services, generate and establish SOPs and processes, recommending and implementing solutions, and contract management
