The Supervisor will be based at the new outlet, Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a team of frontline arcade staff.
• Prepare and plan staff duty rosters and manage daily manpower arrangements.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and provide guidance and support when needed.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, safe, and operating smoothly at all times.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure arcade machines, games, and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales closing, and basic inventory control.
• Support outlet promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and shopping mall requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification, preferably Diploma.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, or customer service operations.
• Experience leading a small team of frontline staff.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• 至少2年零售、娛樂、餐飲或顧客服務營運的管理經驗。
• 具備領導小型第一線員工團隊的經驗。
• 良好的溝通能力和客戶服務技巧。
• 責任心強，動手能力強，能獨立工作。

• Memastikan mesin, permainan dan kemudahan arked diselenggara dengan baik dan beroperasi.
• Mengawasi pengendalian tunai, penutupan jualan harian dan kawalan inventori asas.
• Menyokong promosi, acara dan aktiviti pemasaran outlet.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan SOP syarikat dan keperluan pusat membeli-belah.

Keperluan:

• Kelayakan minimum SPM, lebih baik Diploma.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman penyeliaan dalam operasi runcit, hiburan, F&B atau khidmat pelanggan.
• Pengalaman memimpin pasukan kecil kakitangan barisan hadapan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan khidmat pelanggan yang baik.
• Bertanggungjawab, cekap, dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.
• Bersedia bekerja syif, hujung minggu, dan cuti umum.
