Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff to and from meetings and appointments in a timely manner
• Coordinate with HR to plan and schedule transport arrangements
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of the assigned vehicle
• Ensure all vehicle documentation (e.g., insurance, rental, registration) is current and legally compliant
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to determine optimal travel routes
• Strictly adhere to road safety regulations and traffic laws
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from the vehicle
• Maintain an accurate vehicle log for reporting purposes to HR
• Ensure all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid class 3 or 4 driving license
• With vocational license
• More than 2 years of driving experience
• Good knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and local routes
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed

Responsibilities
• Operate the company’s shuttle bus (capacity of approximately 12–14 passengers) in accordance with assigned routes and schedules
• Deliver a safe, comfortable, and pleasant travel experience for all passengers
• Adhere strictly to designated driving schedules and timings
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of staff
• Comply with all passenger capacity regulations for seated and standing passengers
• Keep the vehicle in good condition by ensuring it is fuelled, clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times
• Immediately report any significant accidents or incidents to the supervisor
• Maintain a professional attitude and courteous behaviour when interacting with passengers
• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company operational procedures
• Undertake any other driving-related duties assigned as needed

Requirements
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Familiarity with Singapore road networks, especially the Tai Seng area
• Strong track record of safe and responsible driving
• Able and willing to work overtime when required
• At least 1 year of experience operating a Toyota Hiace or similar 12–14 seater vehicles
