Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, product teams, and delivery colleagues to define, analyse, and shape business and technology solutions.
You will bring strong business analysis fundamentals, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- · Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across discovery, design, and delivery phases, including facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- · Engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders, including policy makers and C-suite representatives.
- · Elicit, analyse, and document requirements using user stories, process maps, and supporting artefacts to build and refine product backlogs.
- · Perform root cause analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable solution designs and system specifications.
- · Conduct options analysis, feasibility assessments, and contribute to solution recommendations.
- · Analyse and help shape AI and data-driven use cases in collaboration with technical and data teams.
- · Manage stakeholders across all levels—from executive sponsors to delivery teams—both internally and client-side.
- · Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and are release-ready.
