Job Summary:Join SH TEE SERVICES as a Project Coordinator to lead communication between site teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring timely project delivery and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients and consultants to provide regular construction progress updates and conduct technical briefings.

• Technical Coordination: Interpret architectural drawings and project requirements to coordinate effectively with drafting and site teams, ensuring technical accuracy and smooth workflow.

• Operational Management: Manage daily administrative and site workflows by tracking project progress using MS Excel and maintaining accurate payment and material inventory records.

• Client Relations & CRM: Apply CRM techniques to respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve site-related issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Resource Planning: Oversee logistics and resource planning by coordinating the movement of construction materials and site resources to minimize errors.

• Business Development Support: Conduct proactive outreach to stakeholders, consultants, and potential partners to support the company’s project pipeline.

Required Competencies and Certifications:

• Minimum Nitec in Architecture Technology or Diploma in Construction Management / Business Administration.

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, client relations, or construction service operations.

• Exceptional command of English and Mandarin (to deliver technical presentations and liaise with bilingual stakeholders/clients).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems and project data tracking tools.

• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced construction environments.

• Strong analytical thinking and customer-centric service approach.
