Project Delivery Support

• Run project from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards
• Develop and track project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and review minutes of the meeting.
• Follow up on actions and comments from Steco to ensure they are timely acted upon to closure

Process and Methodology

• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and control processes
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Work with the Project Manager (bank’s side) on the overall project plan from the platform, infra team and system delivery & release perspective
• Ensure that the list of deliverables are defined and understood within the various system delivery
• Provide timely update to the Bank’s PM on the system delivery progress status, risk, issues and escalation
• Analyse and highlight project risks and develop necessary risk mitigation plans
• Analyse and highlight project dependencies to pre-empt project issues
• Maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till their resolution

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with Bank’s IT Project Manager, SMBC and JRI HO PICs, APAC IT and JRIS PICs and HO project team and vendors to ensure alignment on project scope and timelines
• Provide detailed project insights, timely status reporting and escalate issues when necessary
• Facilitate effective communication and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities  The Project Manager Level 1 is responsible for executing defined project tasks and supporting the project lifecycle under close supervision.  Project Execution Support: Assist in the execution of project plans, schedules, and resource assignments. 

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project files, documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, risk logs, status reports), and ensure accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders and the senior PM. 

Schedule and Task Management: Track project milestones and tasks, ensuring team members are aware of deadlines and deliverables.

About the Role:
You will be embedded in a vertical squad alongside a PM/PMO and Tech Lead, owning the translation of partner and product requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering. You will be technically fluent enough to document both business and technical flows, coordinate change governance, and work credibly alongside developers and architects. You will also be an early adopter of AI tools that are reshaping how BA work gets done — using them to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Product Owners, partners and internal stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications
• Produce both business flow diagrams and technical flow diagrams — including API interaction flows & specs, system integration maps and data flow documentation — to a standard that engineering and architecture teams can work directly from- Maintain a clear and prioritised backlog in collaboration with the PM/PMO and Product Owner
• Identify gaps, dependencies and edge cases early — raising risks before they become delivery issues

Requirement:

· Years of related professional experience: Minimum 5 years.

· Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees in related field are nice to have

· Business acumen preferably developed as part of a Supply Chain business domain.

· Hands-on experience building BI solutions end-to-end: requirement gathering, datamodelling , ETL development and dashboard delivery in a professional setting.

· Proficiency with the CLIENT’S analytics tech stack: Azure (cloud platform), Azure DevOps (ADO) for task and pipeline management, Databricks for data engineering and exploration, Tableau Prep KNIME for ETL, and Tableau and Power BI for visualization.

·Experience in dimensional data modelling (star schemas) and building semantic layers that support self-service analytics.

· Practical experience with ETL/ELT tooling — Tableau Prep, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent — to build and maintain data transformation pipelines.

Roles & responsibilities:

· Advanced BI engineering practices spanning dimensional data modelling, DAX/LOD optimization, ETL pipeline design and semantic layer architecture within CLIENT’S’s digital environment.
