Job Summary

Lead building project teams to deliver successful outcomes by managing budgets, planning resources, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to achieve project objectives and deliverables
• Plan project workforce and material requirements to optimize resource allocation
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Management team.

Job Summary

Support project execution by planning and coordinating M&E works, managing site programs, and resolving technical issues to ensure compliance with ISO standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and execute mechanical and electrical (M&E) works with comprehensive knowledge and experience
• Interpret and apply technical elements such as BIM, drawings, and specifications to project tasks
• Perform construction planning and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities on all project aspects
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports
• Prepare, monitor, and review site work programs to ensure timely progress
• Plan and schedule project works and allocate resources effectively
• Lead and resolve on-site technical and engineering matters to maintain project quality and safety
• Ensure all works comply with company ISO standards and contractual requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least two years of relevant project handling experience
