We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Consultant to drive growth, partnerships, and program enrollments for Innerwork Circle’s offerings, including our premium 5-figure signature transformational program designed for founders, leaders, and high-performing individuals.
Mission of the Role
Drive revenue growth and expand the Innerwork Circle community by engaging and enrolling founders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals into our transformational programs, experiences, and premium offerings.
This role combines business development, consultative sales, and strategic partnerships to expand our reach among leaders and high-value communities.
You will be responsible for driving qualified leads into the business pipeline, converting both mass market audiences and premium high-ticket clients, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across all offerings.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development, Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, events, partnerships, and digital funnels.
Take ownership of driving consistent lead flow into the business across both mass market audiences and premium segments.
Build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-performing individuals seeking transformation.
Conduct consultative enrollment conversations to understand client goals and guide them into the right programs.
Sell across a range of offerings including mass market entry programs, events, and premium 5-figure transformational programs.
Manage, grow, and optimize a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing to improve funnels, campaigns, and conversion systems for both mass and premium offerings.
2. Event & Program Promotion
Drive registrations and enrollments for flagship experiences including:
Represent Innerwork Circle at founder communities, networking events, and leadership gatherings.
Support info sessions, preview workshops, and small-group presentations.
Provide real-time feedback to marketing and leadership on messaging, positioning, and audience insights.
3. Partnership Development
Identify and develop partnerships with:
Founder and entrepreneur communities
Business and leadership networks
Wellness and personal development ecosystems
Private clubs and curated communities
Strategic event collaborators
Build long-term partnerships that expand both mass audience reach and premium client acquisition channels.
Support co-created events, campaigns, and cross-promotional initiatives.
4. Strategy, Reporting & Growth
Track leads, outreach activity, conversions, and sales performance across both mass and premium funnels.
Provide insights to improve acquisition strategies, funnel performance, and conversion rates.
Identify new revenue opportunities and scalable growth channels.
Work closely with leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and offer structure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
Strong ability to generate and convert leads consistently across both mass market and premium audiences.
Experience selling both high-volume (mass market) and high-ticket (5-figure) programs or products.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with entrepreneurs, executives, and decision-makers.
Comfortable conducting deep consultative conversations exploring personal goals and life transitions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Interest in personal transformation, leadership development, or experiential programs.
