Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, designs, and technical specifications.

2. Lead the project team in planning and executing day-to-day activities.

3. Manage materials and labor to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

4. Monitor and regulate the schedule and quality performance of all subcontractors.

5. Collaborate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and addressing technical issues.

6. Conduct regular site progress meetings with clients and consultants, and supervise work progress.

7. Enforce consistent environmental, safety, and health practices.

8. Ensure the project is completed within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.

Job Summary

Procure commercial-grade materials and manage budgets using Google Sheets/Excel to support quality control and coordinate teams in commercial interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and project success.

Responsibilities

• Source commercial-grade furniture, fixtures, and finishes such as flooring, lighting, and cabinetry from suppliers to meet project specifications
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and delivery timelines for large-scale projects using Google Sheets and Excel to ensure financial control and schedule adherence
• Assist with quality control inspections for offices, retail, and hospitality spaces to maintain project standards
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues proactively
• Apply strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel to track project data and costs accurately
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment to support project progress
• Work independently with a positive attitude to drive project tasks to completion
• Travel to commercial job sites as required to oversee project activities and support teams
