Job Description

Project Delivery & Functional Ownership

• Lead and contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Take strong ownership of functional solution deliverables and ensure alignment between business intent and system implementation.
• Track delivery progress in partnership with technical leads, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Identify functional, process, and delivery risks early and propose practical mitigation options.

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business users to understand end‑to‑end business processes, pain points, and objectives.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into clear, structured artefacts such as user stories, business rules, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by explaining solution options, trade‑offs, and Salesforce platform considerations.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to maintain alignment and manage expectations throughout delivery.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Design Salesforce functional solutions that effectively leverage standard platform capabilities while balancing configuration versus customisation.
• Define solution approaches across data model, automation, security, and user experience from a functional perspective.
• Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure functional designs are technically sound and scalable.
• Review and refine solution designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria produced by junior consultants and analysts.
• Produce and maintain functional design documentation and ensure traceability to business requirements.

Salesforce Configuration & Functional Oversight

• Perform or oversee Salesforce configuration activities including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation tools.
• Provide functional guidance to developers on areas requiring custom development to ensure business intent is preserved.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing work, providing feedback, and guiding solution thinking.
• Ensure adherence to agreed functional standards, governance guidelines, and design frameworks.
• Support deployment planning and readiness activities in coordination with technical teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Work with the QA team to ensure appropriate test coverage in line with test plans and contractual requirements.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through proper unit testing, validation, and functional verification.
• Provide guidance to the delivery team on testing approach and execution for unit and functional testing.
• Support SIT and UAT activities by validating expected behaviours, triaging issues, and driving timely defect resolution prior to release.

Training & Enablement

• Provide inputs into training materials and user guides from a functional perspective.
• Lead user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

Data & Integration Support

• Support data migration and integration activities through functional input, including field mapping clarification, data validation rules, and transformation logic.
• Work with integration teams to ensure end‑to‑end process and data consistency across systems.

Job Requirements

Must have skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce project experience, with demonstrated functional leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, functional solution design, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and when to apply standard features versus customisation.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools and database modelling.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead functional workstreams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and structured documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Good to have

• Exposure to integrations, CI/CD, or release management concepts (from a functional standpoint).

About the role

We are seeking an Integration Business Analyst to act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, external partners, source/target system owners, the MuleSoft integration team, and the Salesforce functional team.

You will play a key role in translating business process and data exchange requirements into clear integration requirements, defining attribute data mappings and transformation rules, clarifying upstream/downstream impacts, and ensuring technical teams have the information they need to design and build robust MuleSoft APIs.

This role is best suited for individuals who can clarify ambiguity, facilitate cross-team alignment, and drive follow‑ups to ensure integrations are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination & Follow-Through

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, external partners, MuleSoft technical team, Salesforce functional team, and source/target system owners.
• Participate in all integration‑related meetings, functional walkthroughs, and system-specific discussions to gather end-to-end context.
• Lead conversations with client stakeholders to clarify functional requirements, attribute definitions, data rules, error-handling scenarios, and edge cases.
• Create and track all action items and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure to unblock development.
• Work closely with the Salesforce functional team to understand business processes involving integration, data usage, and impacts on interfaces.
• Work with source/target system teams to understand their data structures, constraints, dependencies, and interface capabilities.

Functional Support for Development & Testing

• Drive the creation of integration attribute mapping documents, including data definitions, transformation rules, and validation logics in consultation with the Salesforce functional team counterpart.
• Analyse data requirements, identify mismatches between systems, and propose options to resolve mapping gaps.
• Support MuleSoft developers by explaining business logic, clarifying transformation rules, and validating functional edge cases.
• Assist QA team in validating integration behaviour by reviewing test cases and expected results.
• Participate in SIT/UAT discussions for integrations, assisting with defect clarifications and traceability.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for more senior roles
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
• Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills. Sharp product sense with the ability to simplify complexity, make trade-offs, and prioritize effectively under constraints.

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in Calypso. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Calypso for effective solution design

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery and ongoing operations of Salesforce-based solutions. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, drive service quality, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment across business, technical, and vendor teams.

This role is suited for professionals with strong project delivery discipline, excellent communication skills, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in either Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

You may lead implementation projects, enhancement initiatives, or AMS engagements depending on business needs, with the opportunity to work across varied Salesforce platforms and multi-technology ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Execute the role of Service Delivery Manager and/or Project Manager depending on engagement requirements (implementation or AMS).
• Oversee day-to-day delivery and ensure commitments are met within timeline, scope, and budget.
• Create, maintain, and track project schedules, resource plans, deliverables, and milestones.
• Identify risks proactively, define mitigation plans, and drive issues to resolution.
• Prepare and lead steering committee updates, project reports, and governance reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong working relationships with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication on project progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Represent the delivery team during client meetings, walkthroughs, and reviews.
• Ensure technical and business decisions are documented, communicated, and approved through the correct governance channels.
• Drive adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and security standards.

Deliverables & Documentation

• Own the creation and maintenance of project governance deliverables and Agile-related artefacts (where applicable).
• Work closely with team leads to track completion of project deliverables and ensure documentation consistency.
• Organise meetings with structured agendas, record outcomes, and ensure follow-through on open items.
• Maintain delivery artefacts such as resource forecasts, cost tracking, project logs, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Support internal governance reviews and maintain required internal governance documentation.

Agile Delivery

• Coach Product Owners and team members on Agile principles and delivery cadence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with business stakeholders.
• Remove impediments or guide the team in resolving them.
• Promote transparency through proper use of Agile tools, radiators, and reporting dashboards.
• Adapt delivery approach depending on project context (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Project Management or Scrum Master certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM).
• Experience delivering projects involving multiple systems, technologies, or integration points.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and writing skills for formal deliverables and project artefacts.
• Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Strong sense of ownership in managing project tasks, governance, and delivery responsibilities.
• Ability to learn and adhere to internal processes, compliance guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Good to have

• Experience managing Salesforce implementation or AMS engagements.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, App Builder).
• Experience managing public sector projects.

Ways of working

• You may be assigned to either implementation projects or AMS engagements depending on business priorities, each with its own pace and team structure.
• For AMS engagements, you will collaborate with a dedicated AMS team, acting as the primary contact for delivery updates, issue management, and service reviews.
• For implementation projects, you will coordinate cross‑functional roles such as architects, business analysts, developers, and QA, ensuring alignment across streams.
• Work allocation will be planned such that you can manage multiple smaller engagements or focus on one larger project, depending on complexity, scope, and workload.
• You will partner closely with internal delivery governance leads to ensure consistent standards, smooth escalations, and cohesive delivery.
