Job Description

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts using in-house templates
• Provide legal advice and identify potential legal risks

Job Requirement

- Diploma or Degree in Law or a relevant legal qualification

- 3–8 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in contract-focused work

- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and legal advisory

- Business-level Mandarin proficiency to communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking counterparties, as well as to handle written documents in Mandarin.

- Proven experience in reviewing commercial contracts regularly, including Distribution Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and other related business agreements.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters in a fast-paced environment
