We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Singapore corporate secretarial practice, is familiar with ACRA compliance requirements, and is able to manage corporate secretarial matters with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of companies and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other corporate secretarial documents
• Handle company incorporations, changes in officers, share transfers, allotments, and strike-off matters
• Maintain statutory registers and minute books
• Lodge filings with ACRA via BizFile accurately and on time
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
• Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements
• Experience in a corporate secretarial, accounting, or professional services environment
• Able to work independently, manage timelines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Candidates with chartered secretary/governance qualifications will have an advantage

The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in Singapore corporate secretarial practice, is confident in managing a client portfolio independently, and is able to maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients
• Oversee incorporations, annual compliance, statutory filings, and corporate actions
• Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory records
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
• Liaise directly with clients and relevant stakeholders
• Supervise and review the work of junior staff where required

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore

• Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.
