Job Description:

• Lead and manage SOC team resources to ensure 24x7 security event monitoring, incident response, and timely escalation of cyber threats.
• Maintain and enhance SIEM/SOAR platforms, including fine-tuning detection rules, log ingestion, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Lead forensic investigations, threat hunting for IOCs and TTPs, and drive end-to-end SOC capability uplift projects.
• Prepare and present detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis and remediation recommendations, to management.

Requirements:

• At least a degree in Computer Science or related certifications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SIEM/SOAR operations, incident response methodologies, and defence solutions across host-based and network-based layers.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory frameworks (Cybersecurity Act 2018, MAS TRMG, CCoP) and industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and Cyber Kill Chain.
• Proven team leadership with direct reporting experience.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ACRA RQI / Corporate Secretarial Manager to lead a small team and manage a diverse portfolio of Singapore-incorporated and offshore entities. The successful candidate will oversee statutory compliance, corporate governance, and complex corporate transactions, while ensuring high-quality client service and operational efficiency.

The role also requires close oversight of regulatory compliance under ACRA’s Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) framework, ensuring all statutory obligations are met accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of corporate secretarial professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance support to ensure service excellence.

2. Manage a portfolio of private, public-listed, and offshore companies, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

3. Oversee a full spectrum of corporate secretarial functions, including company incorporation, striking off, share allotments and transfers, capital restructuring, rights issues, corporate restructuring, and the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions.

4. Attend board and shareholder meetings, prepare accurate minutes and resolutions, and ensure timely and accurate statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities.

5. Provide advisory support to clients on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and internal policies and procedures.

6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation, workflow automation, and effective use of corporate secretarial software systems.

7. Collaborate closely with internal teams, auditors, banks, and legal counsel to support corporate transactions and compliance matters, and manage ad-hoc projects and regulatory reviews as required.

8. Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members to enhance technical competence, professionalism, and overall team capability.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy, or a related discipline; professional qualification in ICSA/CSIS is preferred.

2. Minimum 6–8 years of corporate secretarial experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

3. Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulatory framework, and SGX Listing Rules (for listed entities).

4. Proven experience in managing complex corporate transactions, including restructuring, rights issues, fundraising, and related corporate exercises.

5. Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in team management, mentoring, and talent development.

6. Sound client advisory skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally and effectively.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and other stakeholders is an advantage.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent, resourceful, and solutions-driven, with a strong client-focused mindset.

• Proficient or familiar with corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance systems, including BizFile+ and BizFinx, is an advantage.
