Job Summary

You will assist with client communication including handling enquiries, scheduling appointments and, providing relevant information, vet or obtain documents to enable the provision of services as required, assist to prepare documents as needed and maintain accurate client and work records.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries received to provide accurate information and support client needs
• Assist to provide service to clients in a professional manner
• Preliminary vetting of clients documents to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements for the services required
• Update client and work registers accurately to maintain organized and current records
• Assist in preparing documents as required by client
• Communicate updates to clients clearly and timely to maintain transparency and trust
• Perform such supporting and administrative duties as assigned

Facilities Assistant

Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse

To assist in the daily operations and upkeep of the Club’s facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment for staff, members and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the day-to-day upkeeping, functionality of facilities of the Club

• Assist with the setting up and dismantling of furniture and equipment for events, functions and meetings

• Manage and operate sound system, when required

• Perform regular checks and inspections on facilities and report any faults or hazards

• Escorting contractors or service providers for maintenance or repair works

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedure at all times

• Assist in deliveries, movement of items and perform basic inventory control

• Perform simple handyman and maintenance tasks

• Support other administrative or operational duties as assigned by Clubhouse Manager

We want you, if you have/are:

• Minimum PSLE

• Basic handyman and maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an added advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to perform and carry manual tasks (eg. Movement of heavy item).

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Working hours: 7am to 3pm, 2pm to 10pm
