Job Description of Office Assistant:

Responsibilities:

• Perform various administrative and organizational duties to support professionals and the firm's operations
• Filing, scanning and maintaining organized physical and digital documents
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining tidy common areas, and ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Manage reception and operations functions, creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors
• Dealing with other ad-hoc office administration support as and when necessary
• Administrative and on-site support for client and internal events (Only when necessary)

Corporate Secretarial Assistants

• Graduates from universities or polytechnics, currently pursuing or interested to pursue the Corporate Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP)
• Good command of spoken and written English. 
• Two years of related working experience

Corporate Secretarial Associates 

• CGQP qualified or universities or polytechnic graduates, currently pursuing CGQP course with minimum of three years related experience. 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Good command of spoken and written English.
•  Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
