JOB TITLE: Senior Operations & HR Supervisor / TeamLead
REPORTING TO: Operations Director / General Manager

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highlyversatile and experienced security professional to fill a critical leadershiprole. This position is a hybrid function encompassing Senior SecuritySupervision, Human Resources Management, Deployment Strategy, and TeamLeadership. The successful candidate will be the central coordinating figure,ensuring operational excellence, staff welfare, and seamless deployment acrossall client sites. This role requires the use of a personal, reliablevehicle for site visits and supervisory checks; no vehicle or fuel allowancesare provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SENIOR SECURITYSUPERVISION & SITE MANAGEMENT
- Conduct unannounced and scheduled supervisory site visits to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standing Orders, and Workplace, Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and its requirements.
- Perform high-level risk assessments and security audits at all assigned locations.
- Investigate security incidents, breaches, and client complaints, compiling detailed reports with corrective action plans.
- Act as the primary liaison with client management, addressing concerns proactively and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure all security equipment (CCTV, access control, radios) is operational and reported for maintenance when faulty.
2. HR SUPERVISION& EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle for security staff, including recruitment support, onboarding, and inductions.
- Manage attendance, absenteeism, and leave scheduling, ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
- Implement and manage employee wellness, disciplinary, and grievance procedures in line with labour laws and company policy.
- Coordinate training initiatives (First Aid, Fire Fighting, Bomb Threat Exercises) to ensure all staff are certified and competent.
- Drive employee retention and morale by acting as a point of contact for staff welfare issues.
3. DEPLOYMENTSUPERVISION & RESOURCE PLANNING
- Strategically plan and adjust daily and weekly deployment schedules to ensure 100% shift coverage across all sites, minimizing overtime costs.
- Manage emergency standby lists and "fill-in" rosters to cover for sick leave, no-shows, or operational surges.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets regarding staffing hours and equipment usage.
- Track staff movements and vehicle logistics to ensure timely arrival of relief officers.
4. TEAM LEADERSHIP& COORDINATION
- Lead weekly briefing sessions with Site Supervisors and Shift Leaders to align on goals, address challenges, and disseminate new client instructions.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication between the security teams, control room, and administrative staff.
- Mentor and coach junior supervisors, developing their leadership capabilities and ensuring succession planning.
- Foster a culture of discipline, professionalism, and "client-first" service across all teams.

QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the private security industry, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory or Management capacity.
- Valid PRD Security Licence of Security Management.
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport (Non-negotiable).
- In-depth knowledge of relevant labour laws and Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Incident Management Software and HR/Time & Attendance software.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to oversee deployments.
Preferred(Advantageous):
- PRD Security Licence.
- Experience with access control systems (e.g., Biometrics) and CCTV monitoring software.
- Formal HR or Management qualification.
