About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in delivering impactful, end‑to‑end solutions with Salesforce as the core platform. You will be involved in configuration and customisation work, development activities, unit testing, deployments, and supporting SIT, UAT and training activities. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Python, applying object-oriented programming concepts to deliver scalable solutions
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate software build, test, and deployment processes
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems to ensure stable on-premises infrastructure operations
• Execute SQL commands and analyze data to support application functionality and data integrity
• Deploy and manage cloud-native technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes to optimize container orchestration and application scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices and improve software delivery efficiency

Role Summary

The IT Colocation Engineer will be stationed full‑time at a client’s office, acting as the primary onsite technical representative responsible for supporting colocation infrastructure, IT hardware, and connectivity services.

This role focuses on hands‑on operations, coordination with remote engineering teams and vendors, and ensuring high availability, compliance, and service continuity for client‑hosted IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Colocation & Infrastructure Support

• Provide day‑to‑day onsite support for colocated IT infrastructure, including racks, cabinets, servers, network devices, and patching.
• Perform rack‑and‑stack, equipment installation, de‑installation, labeling, and documentation.
• Assist with hardware replacement, upgrades, and diagnostic checks under guidance from remote support teams.

Client‑Embedded Operations

• Act as the first point of contact at client site for infrastructure‑related issues and requests.
• Coordinate access, maintenance windows, and on‑site activities with client stakeholders and building / facility management.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Incident & Change Support

• Support incident response activities including:
• Physical checks
• System isolation requests
• Vendor provider coordination
• Assist with change implementation, ensuring approved changes are executed safely and documented accurately.

Monitoring, Documentation & Compliance

• Perform routine checks on environmental conditions (power status, cabling cleanliness, visual alarms).
• Maintain accurate documentation including asset lists, cabling records, site layouts, and incident logs.
• Follow defined procedures related to information security, access control, and client compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• Server hardware
• Network equipment (switches, firewalls, patch panels)Structured cabling (copper & fibre)
• Ability to read basic rack layouts, cable schedules, and network diagrams.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in:
• IT operationsData centre / colocation support
• Field or onsite IT support
• Experience working onsite at customer premises is a strong advantage

Soft Skills & Attributes

• Professional, calm, and customer‑focused demeanour.
• Able to work independently at client site with remote supervision.
• Strong communication skills for coordination
• Physically able to handle IT equipment and work in a technical environment.

Lead Technical Manager

• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Willing to commit for work outside working hours, if required.
• Location: Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth, Redhill Office at Outram Road
• Salary Range: basic up to $7000; transport $750 (car) or $400 (motorbike) or by reimbursement basis; HP by reimbursement basis

• The Lead Technical Manager will be responsible for managing a group of Technical Officer for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow.
• Front line contact with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Lead a team of service team members.
• Prepare service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics.
• Determine new, creative ways to employ teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results
• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Be responsible for operationally managing multiple aspects of the team.
• Must be a team player.
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients
• Perform a wide variety of technical and non-technical tasks.
• Enhance current documentation of all infrastructure components and operation processes.
• Track and identify the new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings.
• Build technical relationship with prospects or existing/new customers.
• Sets targets, implements guidelines, and assists with any issues the team member may have.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
• Handle customer complains.
• Participate in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years related experience
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalents
• Experience in the Security and CCTV industry and exposure to products and operations will be an added advantage
