Position structure

•    Web or app design, interface design, and/or public-facing educational materials

•    Research experience, including academic projects, publications, or papers in relevant journals or conferences, especially ACM venues

Responsibilities

• Set up from scratch a QA environment for an ERP software product in enterprise asset management and corporate property management. 

• Set up components necessary for various QA tests, including automated regression tests, smoke tests, integration tests, performance tests, vulnerability scans and regression tests. 

• Develop, document, execute and track test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.

• Accurately record and clearly document actual results in relation to expected results

• Maintain organized records of test results and generate historical analysis of test results

• Document unexpected anomalies identified in testing, with instructions on how to reproduce the anomaly

• Assist in the development and refinement of product and software requirements.

• Communicate with the product and project teams on quality issues.

• Work with product and project teams to ensure that the software applications are fully tested.

Essential Skills and Experience

• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Experienced with QA tools, such as Selenium (in Java), Appium, Cucumber

• Familiarity with QA tools such as TestRails and JMeter is a plus

• Familiarity with CI servers such as Jenkins is a plus.

• Familiarity with issue trackers such as Jira or Gitlab is a plus.

• Familiarity with technologies: web applications, cloud services, virtual machines, security, HTML5, jQuery, mobile (iOS/Android).

• Familiarity with scanning tools such as Black Duck, OWASP Zap, OWASP Dependency Tracker, SonarQube is a plus.

• Relevant domain knowledge is a plus: Finance, Leasing, Procurement, Maintenance Management.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong interest in quality assurance and software engineering.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibility:

• Project & Product Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone schedules in partnership with contracted vendors. Lead feature planning and prioritisation processes informed by user feedback analysis, business impact assessment, technical complexity evaluation, and regulatory compliance requirements. Transform high-level project objectives into executable action plans through effective task decomposition, prioritisation frameworks, and strategic contribution to overall project vision.
• Product Strategy & Performance: Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to develop product roadmaps and success metrics, regularly monitoring performance against established benchmarks. Oversee project progress tracking and deliver comprehensive status reporting to senior leadership. Maintain centralised project documentation repositories and ensure knowledge management best practices.
• Problem Prioritisation & Impact Assessment: Evaluate and prioritise identified problems based on user impact severity, business value potential, technical feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic alignment.
• Agile Delivery: Facilitate daily scrum standups and agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with end users to establish Definition of Done criteria for sprint deliverables and milestone achievements. Continuously monitor technical debt accumulation and recommend roadmap adjustments to optimise solution reliability and performance.
• Technical Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between vendor solutions and product requirements, identifying integration challenges, customisation needs, and potential technical debt implications. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive solution development by synthesising complex data including problem statements, user pain points, capability gaps, proposed solutions, operational workarounds, and service journey enhancements into actionable recommendations aligned with project goals.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Agile Scrum Master, Product Management or equivalent recognised project and/or product management
• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience with Finance ERP platforms
• Minimum 1 cycle of Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall product implementation experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a qualified iOS/tvOS developer to join our App Development team. You will work with our engineers to develop and maintain high-quality OTT streaming applications across iOS and tvOS platforms.

You are passionate about Apple platforms and capable of translating code into reliable and user-friendly applications. As a mobile software engineer, you will collaborate with internal and offshore teams to build and enhance our video streaming applications in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, you will help design and develop the next generation of our OTT mobile and large-screen applications, supporting both new feature development and ongoing platform improvements.
