We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale application migration initiatives to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The successful candidate will work directly with customers to define migration strategies, design target-state architectures, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure the successful execution of cloud transformation programs. This role requires a strong combination of technical leadership, stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and cloud migration expertise.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud migration projects, working with geographically distributed teams, and engaging with senior customer stakeholders. Fluency in Cantonese is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers and lead application migration initiatives to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Define migration strategies, including lift-and-shift and modernization approaches, and establish target-state architectures.
• Design target-state architectures covering application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and operational layers.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams, including cloud engineers, database engineers, and other specialists across multiple geographies.
• Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment processes, and testing activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and provide regular executive-level updates.
• Embed security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements into solution design and delivery.
• Manage technical dependencies throughout the migration lifecycle and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Identify technical risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and track them through to resolution.
• Govern delivery quality, risk management processes, and automation best practices.
• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Coordinate testing activities, migration cutovers, and post-migration validation with all relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance forums, project reviews, steering committee meetings, and status reporting.

Deliverables

The key deliverable is to provide qualified and experienced Associate Personnel for the duration of the Work Order (WO), ensuring successful planning, execution, governance, and completion of the migration program.

1. Project Setup & Governance

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Establish stakeholder RACI matrix.
• Develop communication and reporting plans.
• Implement governance framework and meeting cadence.

2. Planning & Readiness

• Produce detailed migration roadmap and project timeline.
• Develop resource plans and budget forecasts.
• Lead daily stand-ups with delivery teams.
• Facilitate regular Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and reporting.

3. Execution & Control

• Provide weekly project status updates and milestone tracking.
• Maintain risk and issue logs with mitigation actions.
• Manage change requests and scope tracking.
• Produce budget reports and forecast-to-complete analysis.
• Coordinate testing phases with relevant stakeholders and delivery teams.

4. Validation & Handover

• Deliver migration runbooks and testing reports.
• Conduct post-migration validation and performance assessments.
• Complete operations handover and supporting documentation.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to operational and support teams.

5. Closure & Review

• Deliver final project report covering cost, schedule, scope, and outcomes.
• Produce lessons learned and benefits realization reports.
• Obtain formal project sign-off from stakeholders.
• Prepare and present executive summary and closure documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing geographically distributed technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience in project governance, risk management, and delivery oversight.
• Experience coordinating application, infrastructure, database, and testing workstreams.

Reporting to the Manager, Singapore, this role will offer an opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and skills related to e-Commerce payment solutions as you will be tasked to lead payment gateway integrations, to provide technical support to clients by understanding their payment processing requirements and designing appropriate solutions and to maneuver internally to obtain the development resources necessary to meet merchant needs. Merchant Support, your primary responsibility will include but not limited to

• System monitoring and SLA follow ups.
• Assist with ad-hoc special projects integration and monitor stability (can be 24/7 for a period), specially for L1 cases

• 3 years working experience in payment, retail or IT solutions vendors
• Extensive pre-sales / post –sales or consulting experience
• Experience in fintech, payment gateway would be an advantage

About the Role

EPOS is looking for a Hardware Product Lifecycle Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our hardware solutions, from product ideation and development through launch, optimisation, and eventual retirement. This role is critical in ensuring our POS/payment hardware ecosystem remains competitive, reliable, and scalable across Southeast Asia markets.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and external vendors to deliver high-quality hardware products that meet merchant needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the lifecycle strategy for EPOS hardware products, including terminals, peripherals, and merchant devices.
• Define product roadmap based on market trends, merchant feedback, business priorities, and competitor analysis.
• Build business cases for new hardware opportunities, upgrades, or cost optimisation initiatives.

Product Development & Delivery

• Translate business and merchant needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to manage prototype development, testing, and validation.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept to commercial launch.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management

• Work closely with OEM/ODM partners, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure timely production and quality delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in hardware product management, product lifecycle management, or hardware operations.
• Experience with POS devices, payment terminals, IoT devices, retail hardware, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance user needs, quality, speed, and cost.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus for regional supplier coordination.
