Responsibilities:
Manage connectivity solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to
drive revenue and product profitability.
Assess market demand for connectivity services, develop and review product
strategies, and create roadmaps for revenue and growth.
Provide expert technical presales and solutioning support for networking
opportunities to the corporate and carrier wholesale teams on bids and pricing.
Serve as the technical resource by offering product knowledge, network
expertise, technical assistance, and pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support.
Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with the sales team, providing
support and presenting telecom and ICT solutions.
Identify use cases, understand clients' businesses in depth, analyze
requirements, and determine which of our products can help them evolve.
Enhance customer relationships through professional solutions and persuade
customers to accept our products and solutions.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Strong interest in both commercial and technical aspects of cybersecurity-related
business and solutions.
Up-to-date knowledge of current cybersecurity vulnerabilities, attacks,
countermeasures, and security-related news and developments.
Knowledge of Telco's network architecture and implementation models is
advantageous.
Relevant professional security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple projects, adaptability, and thrive in a fast-moving,
dynamic, and competitive environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external partners
effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and
present information clearly and succinctly.
Experience interfacing with both internal and external customers as part of the
solution-based process is advantageous.
