Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-2nd level of support for user technical issues or IT incidents.
• Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP system.
• Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualization, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
• Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update.
• Manage day-to-day operations and provide support for Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
• Administration experience with next-generation endpoint security solutions.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT devices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Liaising with vendors for IT procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimally 2-3 years of working experience in IT support and system administration/ system engineering
• Exposure to corporate/ enterprise IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on and can-do attitude. Willing to learn and think out-of-the-box.
• Good communication skills, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
• No issues with travelling to the West of Singapore for work daily.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated L1 IT Application Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for our users. You will troubleshoot, triage, and resolve software and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction for our core business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Act as the first line of defense, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming support tickets via email, chat, and service desk portals.
• Troubleshooting & Triage: Investigate application errors, access issues, and performance glitches. Resolve basic issues and escalate complex bugs to L2/L3 teams.
• User Access Management: Manage user accounts, password resets, and role-based access permissions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Summary:

The Technology Division oversees the operation, maintenance, and support of critical enterprise applications and infrastructure, ensuring stability, compliance, and service reliability. The IT Infrastructure Team manages core systems including networks, servers, storage, middleware, and databases ensuring resilience, security, and high performance.

The Senior Network Engineer will handle infrastructure issues across evaluation, design, implementation, maintenance, and support, contributing to seamless and reliable IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Network Administration

• Perform network administration in a heterogeneous environment (production, DR, test) comprising of network & security equipment, telecommunication links
• Perform hardening, upgrade and enhancement on IT infrastructure components
• Monitor, assess, schedule and implement network, and product-specific security vulnerability patches
• Monitor obsolescence of IT infrastructure components (network systems)
