Role Overview:
The Application Assistant Manager (Insurance, TPA & Coverage Systems) is responsible for ensuring stable, compliant, and high‑quality operational support for insurance, TPA claims, coverage, and medilimit systems. He/She oversees incident resolution, service performance, and operational governance for insurance‑related applications and workflows, working closely with TPAs, insurers, business operations, vendors, and IT teams. The role ensures systems and processes support accurate claims processing, coverage validation, regulatory compliance, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operations & Service Management

• Coordinate incident and major incident resolution with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support problem management activities to reduce recurring incidents.
• Monitor SLA / KPI performance and recommend corrective actions. Lead and deliver business within the insurance industry, ensuring high quality execution and string client satisfaction.
• Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and servicer eview materials.
• Provide clear status, risks and progress reporting to leadership. Lead business analysis on internal client engagements. Including requirement gathering, current-state assessment, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Standardise support documentation, processes, and reporting across countries or business units.
• Monitor resource capacity, utilisation, attrition risks, and escalation needs.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with internal team members and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer during project handover, system transition, or support onboarding.
• Track outsourced support deliverables, risks, and performance against contracts / SLAs.

2) Service Improvement & Strategy

• Support execution of application support strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes, service quality, and user experience.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Recommend best practices for operational excellence.

3) Release Change, Performance & Availability

• Coordinate readiness checks before production deployment.
• Support release and migration activities into production environments.
• Monitor system performance and availability trends; escalate risks proactively.
• Ensure adherence to change management and release governance processes.
• Recommend improvements to system resilience and stability.

4) People & Leadership

• Supervise support teams on daily operations.
• Provide performance feedback to team members.
• Assist manager in manpower planning, workload balancing,and resource optimisation.
• Planning of cross-skill training

5) Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Support readiness for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Track completion of patching, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, and control attestations.
• Ensure timely submission of mandatory reports, evidence, and regulatory deliverables.
• Coordinate remediation of audit findings, control gaps, and compliance issues.
• Ensure systems operate in accordance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive early escalation on performance, reliability, and security risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in application support
• Knowledge and experience in application modernization, source code refactoring, application frameworks, application testing and Healthcare related projects is advantageous
• Understanding of the distributed systems, APIs and technical knowledge in insurance, TPA & healthcare system will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Self-driven, strong team player who is proactive, quality-conscious, and results-oriented
• Maybe required to travel regionally for project support, stakeholder meetings, and knowledge transfer.

Role Overview:
The Network Engineer ensures the organisation’s network infrastructure operates at optimum throughput with maximum uptime, reliability, security and protection. Focused on strategic planning, technical roadmaps and standards-based delivery, the role provides cost-effective network solutions, oversees incident resolution and disaster recovery, and drives continuous improvement across on prem and cloud environments. The incumbent is familiar with enterprise networking, SDN, monitoring tools and network best practices, and is able to align technical teams and stakeholders to priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategy, standards and planning

• Provide inputs for network and IT operations strategy and technical roadmaps.
• Design cost-effective network systems and services that meet product requirements and align to standards/best practices.
• Develop SLAs/OLAs, KPIs and dashboards for network services; monitor and drive compliance.
• Provide technical inputs for procurement of network equipment and ensure procurement compliance.
• Plan and coordinate network growth, upgrades and Software Defined Network (SDN) validation within the IT ecosystem.

2) Manage and optimise network operations

• Oversee day to day operation, installation, upgrade and maintenance of LAN/WAN, internet, wireless, remote access and IP telephony.
• Execute test plans (integration, performance, coverage, capacity) and certify components for production.
• Manage capacity, performance tuning, scalability and cost optimisation for network services.
• Implement and operate monitoring/observability and network management tooling; drive automation of repetitive runbook tasks and workflow for recurring network issues.
• Perform technical evaluations and proof of concepts for new network technologies and recommend changes/enhancements.

3) Incident resolution, security and business continuity

• Lead network fault troubleshooting, RCA and resolution; prioritise and resolve security incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure; oversee DR drills and verification.
• Plan and coordinate network security measures; review configurations and procedures for compliance with information security policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate network attack risks and recommend remedial actions; maintain multi tier firewall, NAC, WAF, ACL, NAT, proxy and related protections.

4) Integration, support and lifecycle management

• Oversee integration of network solutions with applications and platforms; support legacy systems while enabling transition/decommissioning.
• Review software releases, upgrades and fixes; identify and execute necessary actions.
• Develop and verify recovery solutions in test environments and execute in production when required.

5) Vendor and partner management

• Provide technical evaluation input for vendor selection; manage relationships with infrastructure and cloud providers.
• Assess vendor performance against service delivery metrics and contract requirements.

6) People, reporting and operational governance

• Contribute to resource planning, work allocations and operational budgeting related to network activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks and technical records; provide coaching and guidance to support teams.
• Support after hours standby duties and ad hoc travel to remote sites as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent; relevant certifications required — minimally CCNA; CCNP preferred.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in network infrastructure, operations, implementation and support (on prem and cloud).
• Strong working knowledge of: routing & switching, STP, VLAN, multicast, TCP/IP & OSI models, VPN, APN, AAA architectures, SDN, network virtualization, IP telephony.
• Hands on experience with device management, multi tier firewall policies, NAC, WAF, syslog, proxy servers, ACL, NAT, black/whitelisting, packet sniffers and network management systems.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure), backup/DR practices and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform a techno-functional role with hands-on experience in SAP IS-H and IS-H med.

• Develop and support SAP ABAP applications across IS-H, IS-H med, FI, MM, and system interfaces.

• Lead and support on-site activities including support, enhancements, deployments, and project implementations.

• Evaluate and translate business requirements into system and technical specifications.

• Analyse SAP business processes and recommend appropriate application and system solutions.

• Provide end-to-end user support, including handling user queries and supporting SIT and UAT activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and configuration issues.

• Deliver end-to-end project activities from requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, to deployment.

• Proactively propose system and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Exposure to SAP FICO and MM modules is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer with hands-on exposure to SAP IS-H and IS-H med.

• Strong experience in developing SAP Reports, Dialog Programs, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Badi enhancements, user exits, screen enhancements, and system interfaces.

• Proven experience in SAP IS-H and IS-H med operations and healthcare business processes. Knowledge of FICO and MM is an advantage.

• Ability to provide timely and effective solutions through in-depth technical and functional analysis of IS-H, MM, and FICO issues.
