Job Summary

Support the M&E Consultant by coordinating and supervising M&E installation works, monitoring project progress, and managing project hand-over to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E installation works to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications
• Monitor project implementation and progress to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Manage the hand-over process of completed projects to ensure smooth transition and compliance
• Collaborate with the M&E Consultant to plan and execute installation works effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess Diploma or ITE Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising building services projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supervising M&E installation works for office projects
• Experience managing projects involving “Live” building additions and alteration works

Job Summary

Oversee construction site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation to support project progress and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction site activities and contractors’ work to ensure timely progress
• Verify construction quality by comparing work against approved drawings, specifications, and project intent
• Enforce workplace safety and health standards by identifying and reporting unsafe practices
• Maintain comprehensive site records and inspection reports, submitting updates to project consultants or engineers
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth project execution
• Report critical issues and non-compliance to Qualified Persons (QPs) or Professional Engineers (PEs) for timely resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• Registration with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore) or BCA as stated: "Registration with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore) or BCA may be required."

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training as noted: "Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training is often preferred."
