KeyResponsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on-prem / cloud / hybrid).
• Develop, automate, and maintain cloud-native applications, platform services, and infrastructure components on OpenShift, leveraging containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch OpenShift components.
• Manage container platforms, namespaces, RBAC, networking, and storage.
• Support CI/CD integration with OpenShift (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Monitor cluster performance, capacity, and availability.
• Troubleshoot cluster, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement security best practices (image scanning, secrets, policies).
• Work closely with DevOps and application teams for container adoption.
• Automate platform operations using Ansible / Helm / Operators.
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks.

Required Skills& Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Must have Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift certification).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of OpenShift networking (SDN/OVN), routes, services, ingress.
• Experience with persistent storage (Ceph, NFS, cloud storage).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle recruitment function from job posting, review resumes of applicants, conduct interview, candidates assessment, offer negotiation to on-boarding of candidates.
• Partner with the relevant business units to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans, understand the recruitment needs and job requirements and determine the recruitment strategies for hiring plans.
• Prepare the Job description, provide guidance and advise on recruitment best practice.
• Pre-screen and conduct sourcing in cost-effective and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

NOC Command Centre Engineer (Network)

Work Location: Synapxe, Buona Vista Office.

• At least TWO (2) years of IT experience with at least ONE (1) year as a Command Centre/NOC Engineer
• Basic L1 troubleshooting experience on Network devices.
• Minimally certified in CompTIA A+ or equivalent
• Minimally ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
• Prefer candidates with network L1 or with some experience in ServiceDesk or NOC.

Cloud Architecture & Design

• Design and implement highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized architectures using AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud-native design patterns.
• Translate business requirements into detailed architectural blueprints and solution designs.
• Evaluate existing workloads and modernize applications using AWS services, serverless technologies, containers, and microservices architectures.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Enforce cloud governance policies aligned with regulatory and organizational standards

Hybrid Infrastructure Support

• Manage and support on-premises infrastructure, including:VMware, Hyper-VActive Directory, DNS, DHCP

Operational Leadership

Required skills and qualifications:·     

• Strong hands-on experience with core AWS, Azure, GCC.
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments
• Must be certified in AWS or Azure and Vmware.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Proven background in AWS architecture design and AWS development.
• Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework, cloud-native patterns, serverless architectures, and event-driven designs.
• Must have Strong hands on Experience in VM Administration.

Minimum Cisco CCNP certification

Responsibilities:

•           Provide Level 2/3 IT network security operations support

•           Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to our clients is met

•           Perform changes to the network in-line with the organization’s ChangeManagement processes

•           Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal andclients’ organization

•           Prepare network analysis reports, including findings with analysis

•           Participate in regular operations review meetings, including operationalissues, tickets review etc

•           Participate in projects/activities to support improvement initiatives

•           Conduct proper handover from the project team to operations after commissioningof projects.

•           Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.

•           Update operations documentation (technical, CMDB, etc).

Requirements:

•            Atleast 5 years of experience providing network operational and administrationsupporting Cisco products (Routers / Switches/WLAN)

•           Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT or its related field.

•           Minimum Cisco CCNP certification

•           In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols

•           Knowledge of network security, load balancing and optimization technologies 

•           Experience working with Cisco network, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 Load Balancer, PaloAlto/Checkpoint/Fortinet firewall and Splunk is preferred.
