Responsibilities
- Develop detailed interior design drawings and construction documentation
- Prepare tender drawings and documentation packages
- Produce technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare presentation decks focused on materials, finishes, and technical specifications
- Produce 3D views and technical visuals using 3ds Max and/or Revit (Enscape)
- Coordinate technical information with consultants and contractors
- Assist in site coordination and respond to technical queries during construction
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience with an architecture or interior design consultancy firm
- Strong experience in interior detailing and tender documentation
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of buildability and technical standards
- Highly proficient inRevit, AutoCAD and 3ds Max
