Key Responsibilities:

Domain &Functional SME

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Collections processes, including delinquency and workflow management, recoveries, write-offs, legal collections, and customer communications.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with the target collections platform.
• Validate functional designs, configurations, and solution approaches to ensure they meet business intent and regulatory requirements.

Conversion &Data Migration Delivery

• Lead conversion and data migration strategy, including scope definition, data mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
• Oversee end-to-end legacy-to-target data conversion, ensuring data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Define and manage mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and cutover planning.
• Drive resolution of data issues, gaps, and defects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with architecture, development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s delivery standards, SDLC, and governance frameworks.

Testing &Readiness

• Oversee functional, system, integration, and testing from a business and SME perspective.
• Ensure test scenarios fully cover collections processes, conversion outcomes, and edge cases.
• Support business readiness activities including operational handover, and hypercare.

Stakeholder& Vendor Management

• Serve as a primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
• Provide clear status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Guide vendors on functional expectations and validate delivered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers using Silicon Photnics (SiPh) test solutions.
• Provide post-sales technical support, including installation, ramp up, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support.
• Work closely with customer engineering and test teams to ensure successful deployment and operation in R&D, NPI, and manufacturing environments.
• Support technical discussions, evaluations, demonstrations, and solution recommendations during the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate with internal sales, applications, service, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and deliver customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Applications Engineering, Test Engineering, or related semiconductor roles.
• Handson experience with Silicon Photonics (SiPh), optical test solutions, or photonics-based technologies.
• Strong understanding of optical and electrical testing, test automation, and system integration.
• Customer facing experience with strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting semiconductor customers, including foundries, IDMs, or OSATs, is preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Design Lead to drive the development of next-generation network switch software. This role focuses on building and optimizing Network Operating Systems (NOS), particularly SONiC with deep involvement in C/C++ development, embedded Linux, networking protocols, and switch ASIC integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of NOS (SONiC based) features and modules
• Develop high-performance software in C/C++ for control plane and system components
• Work on embedded Linux systems, including kernel-level and system programming
• Implement and optimize networking protocols (L2/L3) such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VXLAN
• Interface with switch ASICs (e.g. Broadcom, Marvell) to program forwarding behavior
• Design and maintain HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) for hardware-software integration
• Debug complex system issues across software, network stack, and hardware layers
• Lead and mentor engineers, ensuring high-quality architecture and code standards

Requirements
