Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
Building good relationship with customers and supporting of sales team
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions to customers
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients and internal teams
Collaborate with teams and suppliers to improve products and provide cost-effective solutions
Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation
Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min 2 years related experience
Experience in steam related products is an advantage
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Location: Tagore
Salary: up to $6500
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
