Job Summary

Support the LTA cycling path network project in Pasir Ris/Tampines by applying mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure including cycling bridges and underpasses.

Responsibilities

• Apply mechanical and electrical engineering skills to execute M&E works for the cycling path network project
• Manage and coordinate M&E tasks related to the construction of cycling bridges and underpasses
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards in M&E disciplines
• Collaborate with project teams to support timely and quality delivery of infrastructure components

Required competencies and certifications

• RTO shall have diploma in mechanical or electrical discipline accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
• At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works

Job Description:

1. Supervise M&E installation works (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fireprotection, ELV).
2.   Ensurecompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Building andConstruction Authority requirements.
3.   Conduct siteinspections, quality checks, and material verification.
4.   Witnesstesting & commissioning (T&C) and SAT.
5.   Coordinatewith all trades and specialist contractors.
6.   Monitorprogress and submit site reports.
7.   Ensuresafety and statutory compliance with SCDF and relevant authorities.
8.   Assist inTOP/CSC documentation and handover.

Requirements:
1.Should have at least three(3) years of relevant experience as a M&E RTO, of which at least two years shall be in the supervision of works similar in nature to works in the Civil Contract.
2.Should have a diploma in the mechanical/electrical discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
