Responsibilities:

• Deliver engineering, deployment, and support services for system and network infrastructure across security-focused projects ranging from small-scale implementations to large enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with solution architects to develop and execute optimal system and network designs in both physical and virtualized infrastructures.
• Serve as the technical escalation point and subject matter expert for system security, network architecture, implementation, and operational issues.
• Lead the deployment of new network and system solutions in partnership with project managers, while engaging and coordinating with customers, telecommunications providers, and technology partners.
• Conduct system and network hardening activities, validate security configurations, and maintain accurate baseline configuration and technical documentation.
• In charge ad-hoc maintenance activities, migrations or disaster recovery
• Involve in compliance and audit activities for enforcement of policies, standards and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Information System/Information Security from a recognized institution with 5 or more years of relevant working experience
• Strong experience in Windows, Linux and Vmware/HyperV systems
• Strong experience in Next-Gen Firewalls, VPN, switching/routing, load balancers and proxies
• Experience in windows server domain environment such as active directory, group policies, DNS/DHCP and SCCM etc.
• Hands-on experience in system and network security-related tasks such as hardening, patching, capacity planning and design
• In-depth knowledge in network and systems security
• Experience in scripting, resource capacity planning and system design will be an added advantage

• Deploy, configure, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, AKS, App Services, networking, storage, security)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize workloads
• Automate infrastructure using Jenkins, PowerShell, Azure CLI scripting  
• End-user support and escalation
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. Like MAS TRM, PCI-DSS

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 3-4 years or above relevant experience in Azure
• Azure Application Services
• Azure Gateway and Load Balancing
• Azure Networking (TCP/IP subnetting, VoIP, VNet Peering, S2S & P2S VPN)
• Azure CLI, PowerShell, YAML or others automation scripting
• Experience in Cloudflare DNS and Web Application Firewall
• Experience in cloud and network monitoring (Azure monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana, PRTG) 
• Experience in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) & Container
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform)
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

• Others relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Framework Management

• Lead the operational execution and content development for the Technology Governance Committee (TGC) meetings, ensuring meetings are productive and drive clear actions.
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle management of all technology policies and standards, orchestrating reviews with stakeholders to ensure documentation is practical and current.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the entire TG&C Framework, ensuring controls are properly documented, mapped, and communicated to owners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for TG&C processes, identifying and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor on TG&C matters.

Compliance & Audit Execution

• Manage the end-to-end execution of internal and external IT audits, from planning and fieldwork coordination to validating management responses.
• Lead the facilitation of key compliance programs including recertification (e.g. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Cyber Trust Mark (CTM)).
• Prepare and deliver regular, detailed governance and compliance reports for technology management, highlighting key metrics, statuses, and areas of concern.
• Orchestrate and manage periodic control effectiveness assessments and self-assessments (e.g. MCSA) to proactively identify potential gaps.
• Provide advisory support to technology project teams to navigate policy and control requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in technology governance, compliance, or technology audit, with demonstrable project or team leadership.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing or leading the coordination of technology audits and regulatory assessments (e.g. PCI DSS).
• A continuous improvement mindset with proven experience in refining and optimizing governance frameworks and compliance processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong working knowledge of COBIT and ITIL and how to apply them in a practical setting. Professional certifications (CISA, CGEIT, PMP) are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical and business teams.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
