Huraian / Keperluan Kerja

• Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Pentadbiran/Sumber Manusia atau yang setaraf.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman.
• Berpengalaman dalam jawatan yang serupa dengan pengetahuan yang luas tentang Akta Pekerjaan, Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan, Akta PERKESO dan mampu berurusan dengan semua peringkat kakitangan.
• Kualiti kepimpinan yang dapat memenuhi KPI syarikat dengan penyeliaan minimum dan penuh inisiatif.
• Pengetahuan yang baik tentang metodologi latihan kakitangan dan pentadbiran HR/syarikat am untuk mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang baik/bermotivasi.
• Baik dalam komunikasi dan seorang yang aktif dalam pasukan untuk menyokong inisiatif.
• Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang kukuh.

Job Description / Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Admin/ Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• ​Experienced in similar position with extensive knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO Act and be able to deal with all level of staffs.
• Leadership qualities that can meet company KPI with minimum supervision and full of initiatives.
• Good knowledge of staff training methodology and general HR/ company administration to maintain a good/ motivating environment of working.
• Good in communication and a team player to support initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English and BM (both written and spoken). Proficiency in communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Experience on Event Management is an added advantage.
